Exchange Policy

The product exchange request can be made within30 dayscalendar days, from the date of posting by the company. The cost of shipping for the exchange and new shipment will be the responsibility of the customer. To start the exchange process, you must send an email to the contact (r.delbonjoias@gmail.com) explaining the reason for the exchange and which product you want it to be made with. After receiving the product and depositing the freight for the new shipment, we will ship your order. The freight value is informed via email to the customer after the exchange request.

Heads up:In order to carry out the exchange, the product must not contain any type of damage and must be in the packaging in which it was sent by the company.

Defect Exchange Policy

In case of defect in the product, send an email to our contact. The cost of freight for exchanging the product, as well as sending it to the customer in the event of a duly proven defect, will be the responsibility of the company. Upon receipt of the product, we will make the necessary repairs and send your order back within a period of up to7 working daysupon receipt of this at our address. The freight amount paid by the customer when sending the product to the company will be refunded during the defect exchange process.

Heads up:in case of exchange due to defect, the product must be inside the packaging.

Return policy

In case of return, send an email to our contact within5 business daysafter receiving the product. 

Heads up:To make the return, the product must not contain any type of damage and must be in the packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
